Meeting Minutes
Wednesday, April 30, 2008
John F. called the meeting to order.
Next, we had the elections. The fall 2008 officers are as follows: Mandy Spaugh will be President, Renee Demaree will be Vice President, Jonathan Tran will be our Treasurer, Roberto Rodrigues will be the Recording Secretary, Caitlin McKinney will be our Points Secretary, Ray will be our ICC Representative, and Laura Sylvan will be our Webmaster.
Then, Philip and Kellie S. gave a quick wrap-up about the beach clean up day.
Then, Mandy reiterated about the Spring Thing.
Next, Renee and Katie gave a fundraising wrap-up. The Crazy Hat and the Go Green fundraisers were both really successful. We managed to raise around $140 dollars for the Crazy Hat fundraiser, and around $100 (thus far) for the Go Green fundraiser.
Then, Kelly P. and Caitlin spoke about the Blood Drive. Sign-ups for people to donate have been thriving with around forty-two people signing up so far. Kelly is still interested in signing up more people and she encouraged everyone to recruit donators for this event. Please be advised that donators do not need to be students. Furthermore, the coordinators confirmed that they have turned in all earned and projected points to Jonathan Tran.
Next, Brittany gave a wrap-up of the Teacher Appreciation Dinner. It was very successful and a lot of fun. Everyone is encouraged to participate next year.
Then, Jasmine invited our members to a summer send-off party at her house. It will be a pool party / BBQ / potluck, and everyone is encouraged to attend. It will take place on May 24, and if interested please contact Jasmine at

Lastly, Ester asked that anyone with pictures of this semester¢s events, please email her digital copies. She is putting together a slideshow for our last meeting.
