I. Introduction (Anthony)
II. Ice Breaker (Jenny) Everyone stand in a circle with one person in the middle. This person says something they like and everyone who likes that thing has to run from their place on the circumference of the circle to another spot. The last person left has to come up with a new thing they like. Repeat until everyone is rolling in laughter.
III. ICC Updates (Peter) We are now required to sign-in if we are doing any activities in the Club Room, so if you do use it make sure you are signed in.
IV. Website update (Laura) You can check out your current point totals, get contact information, see new photos of club events, check for fundraising and community service events, and download various club forms all on the website at ags.sylvan.com.
V. Gobble-Grams (Dana) We're still selling grams on the 16th, 20th, and 21st so make sure to tell people in your classes and come by and buy one yourself. Deliveries will be made of the 21st and 22nd.
VI. See's Candy (Dana) Order forms are due next Wednesday by 3:00 (at Mrs. Golaw's office) or 3:30 (at the meeting) no exceptions! Your points are also due next week so make sure you've done everything you need to.
VII. Christmas in the Park (Christine) There will be an ornament workshop from 12:30 until whenever we're done (approximately 5 pm) and you can earn any remaining community service points there. We need to make 60 ornaments from all kinds of different stuff; remember the theme is "Smart Junk," meaning anything and everything related to school and education!
VIII. Officer Elections (Anthony) If you want to run for an office, make sure you look at the descriptions emailed out by Mrs. Golaw this week and then prepare a short (1-2 minute) speech about why you would be a good candidate for your chosen office. Elections are next week so come to vote even if you aren't planning on running.
IX. Food Drive (Christine) Yezhang and Zoya did a great job putting up posters and bins all over campus. We've already filled up close to 3 and the bins will be out until Dec. 8th so keep donating if you have extra food (that people would actually want to eat).
X. Absence (Anthony) Next week's meeting will be sans our President because of a logistical error while booking his plane ticket.
XI. Scholarships (Mrs. Golaw) Applications for the Gamma Iota chapter AGS scholarships are due next week at the meeting. You can either print out the application form from the email sent this week or go on the website and look under "forms."
