II. Ice Breaker (Jenny) Everyone got a poker card they weren't allowed to look and attempted to put together the best poker hand with four other people.

III. Web Site Update (Laura) Check your points online if you haven't already. It's http://ags.sylvan.com. You can also see what events are coming up and how to earn fundraising or community service points. You can also get any email address for officers/coordinators you want to talk to.

IV. Halloween Grams and Gobble Grams (Dana) We'll be selling Halloween Grams on the 24th, 26th, and 30th then delivering them on the 30th and 31st. The final sign-up sheet will be circulated next week. For the Gobble Grams, there's a meeting for making them on Nov. 8th, they'll be sold on Nov. 13th-16th, 20th, and 21st and then delivered on the 21st and 22nd.

V. See's Candy (Dana) Order forms are now available; the completed forms AND money are due no later than the meeting on Nov. 22nd at 3:30 although you can turn them in earlier in LA 3H or SS1A. Remember to collect the cash right away and make any checks payable to "Alpha Gamma Sigma." You get 1 FR point for the first item then an additional FR point for every additional $20 (four items) sold. The candy can be picked up on the 29th at the meeting or after in LA 3H or SS1A.

VI. Chevy's Night (Dana) There will be a Chevy's night for AGS members and their friends and family on Nov. 8th. Make sure to bring a flyer with your name on it for 1 FR point. Email Dana if you need a flyer or have questions.

VII. Blood Drive Results (Alicia) We got 42 pints of blood total! The coordinators said this was one of the best drives in the fall they've ever seen.

VIII. Teacher Appreciation Dinner (Christine) We only have 17 people right now so please sign up if you haven't already. This is crucial to show our teachers how important they are and it means a lot to them as well. Don't forget to get donations from businesses too; every $20 worth donated gets the student a FR point. Gift baskets, certificates, et cetera are all acceptable.

IX. AGS Fall Regional Conference (Anthony) Those attending the conference to stay after to talk to Dr. Kindon about directions and Peter about camping.

X. Halloween Harvest Festival (Peter) We can have a club table at this event if we want to. There will be a table decorating contest, pumpkin carving contest, both starting at 9:30, and then a costume contest so contact me if you're interested.

XI. Bowling Night (Jenny) Either Nov. 3rd or 10th we'll have a bowling night; email Jenny if you're interested.
